We will then send you a Booking Form and Booking Conditions.
A 20% deposit, which is non-returnable, is due at the time of booking. We do recommend that when you place a booking you take out Travel Insurance in case of need for cancellation.
The 20% deposit should be paid directly into our Bank Account in UK, either on line or at your local branch (details issued at time of booking).

Provisional Bookings will be held for seven days pending receipt of the booking form and deposit. If we do not receive this within this time we cannot guarantee that the dates you require will still be available. On receipt of the above we will send you a Booking Confirmation Form which secures your reservation. The balance of your rental is due eight weeks before the date of your holiday.

Electricity, Gas, Water and all bedlinen are included in the rental price, however, firewood will be charged as an extra. Bath and Hand Towels can be supplied at a cost of 6 € per person per week but not beach towels.

The gîte will be clean and tidy when you arrive and we ask you please to leave it in a similar condition. Any damage or extra cleaning costs will be charged for. However a final cleaning service can be arranged at a cost of 40 euros for The Dairy, 45 euros for The Cottage and 45 euros for The Stables and is strongly advised if you are taking an early morning ferry.

A cot and/or highchair are available at no extra charge.

A security deposit of £100 should be paid into our UK bank account along with your final rental payment to cover any damage or breakages to the property or its contents. This, however, will not limit your liability to us, the Owners. It will be refunded to you during the week following your holiday and will be paid directly into your Bank Account minus any charges due.

As from April 2016 a Tourist charge will be applied per person per night. This should be paid by our guests at the end of their stay. This money will go directly to the Local Authority to improve amenities in the area. For St Samson the price is 70 centimes per adult per night. Children under the age of 18 are exempt.

During the peak holiday season the change over day will be Saturday, however we hope to allow some flexibility during the rest of the year.
We live nearby and will be there to welcome you when you arrive. We are available for help and advice. However, our main aim is to be good, but unobtrusive hosts!
